An illustration of a pair of Sacred Kingfishers by Sarah Allen. I created this piece to capture one of those magical birdwatching moments that feels almost too quick to believe, the instant when a kingfisher flashes past in flight while another waits nearby. I’ve always loved the jewel-like colours in the Sacred Kingfisher’s feathers.
Printed in Melbourne with vivid, archival inks on textured cotton rag paper.
Unframed and ready to pop into your favourite frame
Packaged with care in a protective sleeve and backing board
