Postage /Shipping

Orders are shipped twice a week and sent via regular Australia Post.

Domestic shipping flat rate is $12. Free shipping on orders over $500.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with an Australia Post tracking number. You can follow track your item at auspost.com.au

Dispatch times

Please allow 7 days for processing and dispatch. Thank you for understanding I run a micro business.

Click and Collect

Melbourne customers can choose click and collect from Flemington, Victoria at checkout. Once your order is prepared and ready for collection, you’ll be sent an email with pick up details.

International orders

For the time being, I’m only shipping orders within Australia. If you would like to order prints from overseas, please let me know and I can send you a shipping estimate.

Returns

As a small independent business, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Lost or damaged goods

If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us as soon (with photographs) as possible so we can arrange a replacement or appropriate solution. Email sarah@sarahallen.com.au
