Postage /Shipping

Orders are shipped twice a week and sent via regular Australia Post.

Domestic shipping flat rate is $12. Free shipping on orders over $150.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with an Australia Post tracking number. You can follow track your item at auspost.com.au

International orders

For the time being, I’m only shipping orders within Australia. If you would like to order prints from overseas, please let me know and I can send you a shipping estimate.

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns if you change your mind. If your parcel is damaged or lost, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to sort it out. Email sarah@sarahallen.com.au

All art work is created by Sarah Allen and copyright remains the intellectual and creative property of Sarah Allen.
Purchase of an art print does not transfer copyright. Images cannot be reproduced.

 

Puzzle pre-order FAQs

  • These puzzles are available for pre-order. We expect to dispatch orders in late August 2026. If this timeline changes, we'll let you know by email. I appreciate your pre-order and will keep you posted!

  • These 500-piece puzzles are designed for ages 8 and up. They’re perfect for families, nature lovers, birdwatchers, puzzle enthusiasts and anyone who enjoys a mindful creative challenge.

  • Each puzzle includes a double-sided reference poster featuring the species illustrated in the artwork, with common names and scientific names to help you identify and learn more about Australia's wildlife.

    Puzzle pieces come in a cotton bag with zip.

  • Puzzles will be carefully packed and shipped using Australia Post once stock arrives. Shipping is flat fee $12.

  • Yes! Melbourne customers can choose click and collect from Flemington, Victoria at checkout. Collection details will be emailed once your order is ready.
