Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Sarah Allen puzzles, prints and books. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can help as quickly as possible.
Change of mind
As a small independent business, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items are purchased before stock arrives. If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist where possible.
Damaged or missing items
If your puzzle arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
